By accessing or using MetaSketch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MetaSketch is a platform that enables users to create and participate in health-related challenges. The service reads health metrics (steps, calories, distance, active minutes, heart rate zones, sleep) from Google Health API with your explicit authorization and uses this data solely for challenge scoring, progress tracking, and leaderboards.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

By connecting Google Health API, you grant MetaSketch permission to read the health data described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time via your account settings or Google Account permissions. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing your health data and remove stored health data associated with your account.
The MetaSketch platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by PlayMeta and protected by applicable laws.
MetaSketch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
